Back and neck pain

Up to 50% of people will have neck pain at some point in their lives and 70-90% will experience low back pain.

We work with you to provide appropriate, tailored care, whether it’s for mild discomfort or tension from too much screen time, or more severe or chronic conditions like disc herniations, sciatica, or osteoarthritis.

General wellbeing

Chiropractic for general wellbeing focuses on optimising the function of the musculoskeletal and nervous system. We take a holistic view to promote the body’s natural healing capabilities, improve mobility and help you stay at your best.

What to expect

At Mend Chiropractic we have a patient-focused approach. We give you accurate, up-to-date information about chiropractic and what it can do for you, and you choose how you use our services.

The right care begins with a comprehensive assessment. We get to know you through a detailed history and exam, which may include digital postural analysis in addition to mobility, neurological and orthopaedic testing.

Your comfort is our priority, and our goal is to make your visits to Mend Chiropractic enjoyable and something to look forward to. Our aim is to provide outstanding care, and our treatments and techniques are tailored to you. We offer gentle, low-force techniques including Activator Methods, mobilisation and soft tissue releases, in addition to manual techniques.

We’re here for you whenever you need us. We see patients who have acute injuries, pain or other symptoms, and we also love to help our patients longer-term with a proactive approach to care and wellbeing. We support your health journey, however that looks for you.
