Stuck in a slump? These Y’s, T’s, W’s and L’s are a great daily exercise to activate your mid back. They can help keep you up tall and take pressure off your neck and back. You’ll activate a bunch of muscles including your rhomboids, lats and mid and low traps. Holding for 20 seconds will activate your slow twitch muscle fibres, which are key for your posture.
